MODEL KURIKULUM ISLAM PELATIHAN PENCEGAHANPENGENDALIAN INFEKSI BAGI PERAWAT DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM MITRA MEDIKA MEDAN

Latar Belakang :Pencegahan dan pengendalian penyakit menular harus mampu dilaksanakan perawat untuk menghindari infeksi yang lebih meluas. Pelaporan angka infeksi di tahun 2014-2015 cenderung meningkat di RSU Mitra Medika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membentuk kurikulum yang tepat terkait Pelatihan Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Infeksi yang dilandasi dengan kurikulum Islam agar setiap pelatihan yang dilakukan dapat tercapai sesuai dengan kompetensi pencegahan infeksi yang diinginkan.
Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis Research and Development. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pelatihan pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi berkonsep islam. Jumlah subjek adalah 122 perawat yang telah mengikuti pelatihan Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Infeksi. Analisis univariat digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan produk kurikulum yang telah digunakan selama pelatihan. Perbandingan data yang dipakai sebagai indikator keberhasilan implementasi kurikulum adalah data infeksi dalam setiap bulannya dengan memperhatikan kemajuan tindakan pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi yang dilakukan oleh perawat dan perbandingan angka infeksi sebelum penggunaan kurikulum.
Hasil : Dari hasil uji coba berdasarkan kegiatan pre-test dan post-test kurikulum yang dilakukan dengan standar score 60, pelatihan pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi (PPI) berhasil dipahami dan diterapkan oleh perawat dengan persentase sebelum pelatihanpegawai yang memahami konsep PPI hanya 27% dan setelah dilakukan pelatihan PPI, semua pegawai mampu memahami dan menerapkan konsep PPI. Hal ini juga berpengaruh terhadap penurunan insidensi infeksi phlebitis pada periode Mei-Agustus 2016 setelah dilaksanakan pelatihan pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksiSetelah dilaksanan pelatihan tidak ada lagi penemuan kasus ISK setelah dilaksanakan pelatihan pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi.
Kesimpulan:Al-Qurâan dan Hadist merupakan sumber utama terbentuknya konsep prinsip pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi di dalam konsep kebersihan dalam Islam yang ada di RS Mitra Medika.Model kurikulum Islam pelatihan pencegahan pengendalian infeksi bagi perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Mitra Medika Medan sangat baik diterapkan dan dijadikan acuan dalam pecegahan dan pengendalian infeksi di Rumah Sakit.
Implementing quality improvement of human resources associated with the process of continuous education in the hospital, as a form of education that can be done is through the education and training unit (Training). To be able to tackle in a process of education and exercise in hospitals as a form of continuous learning, then it takes a unit of education and training which has basic tasks and functions that clear vision is also in line with the needs of hospitals in improving human resources.
Focus problem in this research is the development of a training model of prevention and development of Islamic concept implemented for nurses. Development of the training model is focused to the development of the philosophy of training, role, functions, competencies, training objectives and learning objectives. One of the most important things in pelaksaan education and practice management curriculum is so that each of the training can be accomplished in accordance with the desired competencies.
The type of research used in this research Research Research and Development approach to research development (Development). This study was chosen because in need of testing methods and development so that it brings the right curriculum models for the implementation of the training. The data source is the entire nurses who work throughout the areas of the hospital's patient service Medical Field Partners who have followed training in Infection Prevention and control. Methods of analysis used univariate analysis was used to describe the products of the curriculum that has been used for training. A comparison of data used as indicators of the success of the implementation of the curriculum is in infection data each month.
Break the chain of transmission is the easiest thing to prevent the transmission of infectious diseases, but should be supported with a compliance and obedience in implementing the procedures set out in the Standard operating procedures. As for how to break the chain of transmission of the infection is by application of the "Precautions" Isolation (Isolation Precautions) consisting of 2 pilar/levels, namely the "Standard Precautions" (Standard Precautions) and "Transmission based Precautions" (vigilance is based on transmission method).
Observations about Lightning training event at RS Medika Partners seen no improvement the incidence of infection after evaluation peridoe may-August 2016. Evaluation/assessment is to know the level of progress of knowledge during and after training.
These results can be used to assess the effectiveness of training and improve implementation. The results and findings of the research note that, the Qur'an and the Hadith has in the past highlighted the principles prisnsip and how real the concept of hygiene in preventing infectious diseases. Model training curriculum this infection prevention and control can be a reference for other hospitals.
