Hasil RISKESDAS tahun 2013 menunjukkan kelahiran bedah caesarea sebesar 9,8% dengan proporsi tertinggi di DKI Jakarta (19,9%) dan terendah di Sulawesi Tenggara (3,3%) dan secara umum pola persalinan melalui bedah caesarea menurut karakteristik menunjukkan proporsi tertinggi pada kuintil indeks kepemilikan teratas (18,9%), tertinggal di perkotaan (13,8%), pekerjaan sebagai pegawai (20,9%) dan pendidikan tinggi/lulus PT (25,1%). Berdasarkan data yang di dapat ibu yang bersalin sebanyak 43 responden di RSU. Muhammadiyah Sumatera utara tahun 2017. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor âfaktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya persalinan Sectio Caesarea. Penelitian ini menggunakan survei analitik dengan pendekatan Case Control. Populasi kasus dan kontrol dalam penelitian adalah 43 ibu bersalin yang mengalami dan tidak mengalami Sectio Caesarea. Sampel kasus memperhatikan Odds Ratio (OR) dengan pembanding kasus dan kontrol 1:1. Sampel kontrol dilakukan secara Simple random sampling dengan jumlah total sampel kasus dan kontrol berjumlah 86 kasus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji Chi Square dengan nilai Sig = 0,014<0,05 yang berarti memiliki hubungan bermakna antara umur ibu dengan terjadinya sectio caecarea. Dengan nilai Odds Ratio (OR) yaitu 9,600. Dan ada hubungan paritas ibu bersalin dengan terjadinya sectio caesarea dengan nilai sig=0,017<0,05 dan Odds Ratio (OR) yaitu 2.195. Kesimpulan dari penelitian bahwa ada hubungan umur ibu dengan terjadinya caecarea sectio dan ada hubungan paritas ibu dengan terjadinya sectio caecarea. Oleh sebab itu, para petugas kesehatan hendaknya memberikan pelayanan yang sesuai dengan kondisi dan komplikasi yang dialami ibu dan janin dalam proses persalinan sectio caecarea
Deskripsi Alternatif :The results of RISKESDAS in 2013 showed the birth of caesarea surgery by 9.8% with the highest proportion in DKI Jakarta (19.9%) and the lowest in Southeast Sulawesi (3.3%) and in general the pattern of caesarea surgery by characteristic showed the highest proportion at (18.9%), lagging behind in urban areas (13.8%), employment (20.9%) and college education (25.1%). Based on the data in the mother can be the mother of 43 respondents in RSU. North Sumatera Muhammadiyah in 2017. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect the occurrence of the delivery of Sectio Caesarea. This study used an analytical survey with Case Control approach. Case population and control in the study were 43 mothers who experienced and did not have Sectio Caesarea. Case samples paid attention to Odds Ratio (OR) with case comparison and 1: 1 control. The control sample was done by Simple random sampling with total case and control sample was 86 cases. Pursuant to result of research by using Chi Square test with value of Sig = 0,014 <0,05 meaning to have significant relation between mother age with occurrence of sectio caecarea. With the value of Odds Ratio (OR) is 9,600. And there is a maternity parity relationship with the occurrence of sectio caesarea with sig = 0,017 <0,05 and Odds Ratio (OR) is 2,195. The conclusion from the study that there is a relationship between mother age with the occurrence of caecarea sectio and there is a parity relationship of mother with the occurrence of sectio caecarea. Therefore, health workers should provide services appropriate to the conditions and complications experienced by the mother and fetus in the process of sectio caecarea.
