Pendahuluan:Menurut World Health Organization (WHO) tahun 2015, Sekitar 830 wanita meninggal karena komplikasi kehamilan atau persalinan di seluruh dunia setiap harinya. Kejadian ketuban pecah dini di Indonesia berkisar 39,1%. Ketuban pecah dini ditemukan 6-20% pada semua kehamilan dan 94% diantaranya terjadi pada kehamilan cukup bulan. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan usia, paritas, pekerjaan, riwayat KPD, kehamilan ganda dan letak janin dengan Ketuban Pecah Dini di RSU Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara Tahun 2017. Metode: Desain penelitian ini menggunakan survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juli-Desember tahun 2017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil yang mengalami Ketuban Pecah Dini (KPD) di RSU Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara di Tahun 2017 dengan jumlah 40 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total populasi. Metode analisa data dengan cara analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Chi-square. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai p value pada usia adalah 0,025 < 0,05, pada paritas p = 0,114 > 0,05, pada pekerjaan p = 0,005 < 0,05, pada riwayat KPD p = 0,037 < 0,05, pada kehamilan ganda p = 0,096 > 0,05, pada letak janin p = 0,040 < 0,05. Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini ada hubungan usia, pekerjaan, riwayat KPD dan letak janin dengan Ketuban Pecah Dini di RSU Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara Tahun 2017. Disarankan untuk RSU Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara agar memberikan informasi kepada ibu hamil tentang tanda bahaya dan penyulit dalam kehamilan khususnya Ketuban Pecah Dini serta memberikan penyuluhan tanda KPD dan juga penanganan awal jika terjadi KPD
Deskripsi Alternatif :Background: According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2015, around 830 women died from complications of pregnancy or childbirth throughout the world every day. The incidence of premature rupture of membranes (PROM) in Indonesia is around 39.1%. Premature rupture of membranes is found in 6-20% of all pregnancies and 94% of them occur in term pregnancy. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of age, parity, occupation, history of PROM, multiple pregnancies and fetal location with PROM at Muhammadiyah General Hospital, North Sumatra in 2017. Method; This study used analytic survey with cross-sectional approach. This research was conducted in July-December 2017. The population in this study were all maternal who experienced Early Amniotic Disease PROM at Muhammadiyah Hospital in North Sumatra in 2018 with a total of 40 people. The sampling technique used total population. The data analysis method is by univariate and bivariate analysis by Chi-square test. Results: The results of this study indicate the p-value at age is .025<.05, at parity p=.114>.05, work p=.005<0.05, history of PROM p=.037<.05, in multiple pregnancy p=.096>0.05, at the location of the fetus p=.040<.05. Conclusion: The conclusions in this study are the relationship of age, occupation, history of PROM and fetal location with Early Rupture Amniotic Disease at North Sumatra Muhammadiyah Hospital in 2017. It is recommended for Muhammadiyah Hospital of North Sumatra to provide information to maternal about the danger signs and complications in pregnancy, especially early rupture of membranes and provide counselling on PROM marks and also initial handling in the event of PROM.
