WHO secara aktif mempromosikan pemberian ASI sebagai sumber makanan terbaik untuk bayi dan anak kecil. hanya 44 % dari bayi baru lahir di Dunia yang mendapat Asi dalam waktu satu jam pertama sejak lahir, bahkan masih sedikit Bayi dibawah usia enam bulan disusui secara Eklusif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang memengaruhi ibu hamil trimester III dengan kesiapan melakukan breastfeeding. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi ini seluruh ibu hamil timester III sebanyak 32 orang dan semuanya dijadikan sampel. Data yang digunakan primer dan dianalisis dengan chi-square. Hasil penelitian terdapat ibu yang berpengetahuan kurang sebanyak 46,9%, ibu yang tidak mendapatkan informasi sebanyak 59,4%, ibu yeng memiliki sikap negatif sebanyak 53,1%, dan ibu yang tidak mendapat dukungan suami sebanyak 62,5% serta ibu yang tidak menyusui sebanyak 56,3%. Dengan uji chi-square pengetahuan 0,005<0,05, sumber informasi 0,002<0,05, sikap 0,005<0,05, dan dukungan suami 0,002<0,05. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian diketahui ada hubungan pengetahuan, sumber informasi, sikap, dan dukungan suami yang memengaruhi ibu hamil trimester III dengan kesiapan melakukan berastfeeding. Diharapkan ibu hamil dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang manfaat menyusui, sehingga saat bayi lahir ibu dapat menyusui dan memenuhi kebutuhan bayi dengan baik.

WHO actively promotes breastfeeding as the best food source for babies and toddlers. Only 44% of newborns in the world get breastmilk within the first hour of birth, even a few babies under six months are exclusively breastfed. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence third trimester maternal with breastfeeding readiness. This research was analytic surveys with cross-sectional approach. Population was all pregnant women with third trimester amounted 32 people and all were taken as sample. The data used primary and analyzed by chi-square. The results of the study found that mothers who lack knowledge amounted 46.9%, mothers who did not get information amounted 59.4%, mothers who had negative attitudes amounted 53.1%, and mothers who did not have the husband's support amounted 62.5% and mothers who not breastfeeding amounted 56.3%. With the chi-square test of knowledge .005<.05, source of information .002<.05, attitude .005<.05, and husband support .002<.05. The conclusion from the results of the study is known that there is a relationship of knowledge, sources of information, attitudes, and support of the husband that affects third trimester maternal with breastfeeding readiness. It is expected that maternal can increase knowledge about the benefits of breastfeeding, so that when the baby is born, the mother can breastfeed and meet the needs of baby well.
